HOW TO STAY HEALTHY DURING EXAMS

As exam time approaches students go crazy forgetting sleep, food and water. They forget to keep an eye on their health. A stomach upset or a headache just before exam can spoil all your efforts you have taken for the exams.
Here are some simple tips to stay healthy during exams.


  • Eat well balanced diet
Unhealthy meals can increase stress level. Avoid junk foods. Eat lot of fresh vegetables and fruits. Avoid heavy meals , take small meals at short intervals. Avoid food from outside.

  • Sleep well
Sound sleep can calm your body & brain and helps to restore and recover from days activity. Avoid sitting all night before exams. 

  • Take break
Do not forget to take breaks after every 1 hour .

  • Manage stress
Everyone has unique way to control their stress. Listening to music, quick nap, watching a film etc can help you control your stress from going out of control.

  • Never miss breakfast

  • Drink lot of water to avoid dehydration

  • Be active
Exercise or walk around  rather than sitting in the study room for the whole preparation period.

  • Visit doctor
Do not take any disease lightly. Get medical help from experts wherever required.
